tracer with name water_nc not found error

Grant:

I establish a new case, have changed case_config and produced ICs. When I issue

run_gmtb_scm.py -c sahara -s SCM_GFS_v16beta -g -d

...

 tracer FOUND:cld_amt
 tracer with name water_nc not found
 tracer with name ice_nc not found
 tracer with name rain_nc not found
 tracer with name snow_nc not found
 tracer with name graupel_nc not found

V16beta does not need water_nc etc. Where can I turn those reading off? Thanks,
