I am trying to track a tropical cyclone from processed WRF real case simulation output.
However, it seems that the tracker failed to correctly identify the center of the TC, and stopped searching after the first few time steps.
My inputs are:
- fort.15
- tcvit_rsmc_storms
- input.nml
- input_data.nc (input data; can be downloaded at: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RJolb0DF7ZZgPmzahwsuobV53Y1wbeKk/view?usp=sharing)
The output from running gettrk.exe attached here are:
- fort.69
- log_gettrk (error log)
