Announcing the end of posts on the HWRF Developer support forum

Dear HWRF Developers,

Starting 1 December 2022, the HWRF Developer support forum will no longer be available for new posts. For the time being, this archive of past discussions will remain available for reference. 

Most assets built by the Developmental Testbed Center (DTC) for HWRF developer support will remain available and fixed in a usable way going forward, including the website and Scientific Documentation.

The DTC Hurricane team would like to take this opportunity to thank the HWRF Developer community for their substantial impact on transitioning research innovations into the operational HWRF system, and for their contributions to this community asset.
