Methods developed in Model Evaluation Tools (MET) and R-project statists package were applied to Total Cloud Fraction (TCDC) data provided by the United States Air Force 557th Weather Wing. Multiple forecasts were used in the assessment. Additionally, the assessment was performed using the World Wide Merge Cloud Analysis (WWMCA) and the WWMCA Reanalysis products.
