vortex tracker

I am installing vortex tracker using gnu compiler and looks it is only compatible with intel. Urgent help is needed for guidance to install this on free compiler like gnu ?

Hi, Colysar,

Here the default compilers:

1. Linux x86_64, PGI compiler (serial)

2. Linux x86_64, Intel compiler (serial)

3. Linux x86_64, Intel compiler super debug (serial)

4. Linux x86_64, PGI compiler, SGI MPT (serial)

5. Linux x86_64, Intel compiler, SGI MPT (serial)

6. Linux x86_64, Intel compiler, IBM POE (serial)

7. Linux x86_64, Intel compiler, CrayPE (serial)

If you want to compile the code with other compiler (e.g., gnu), you need to change the config setting corresponding to that compiler and some modification to the code may be needed.
