Running HWRF with 2021 GDAS

I have been running HWRF for many years using the NOAA GDAS ensemble as input. Last year, these files were .nemsio files, but this year, the input files are .nc. Is there any information on what needs to change in the process to get HWRF to run with these different files, if anything?
