mpiexec error when running init_gdas_wrapper

We have compiled the HWRF package with mvapich2 and other modules, no issue.

However, when we ran init_gdas_wrapper using srun, we had the error about "-np" and "/usr/bin/mpiexec" which aborted all the geogrid.exe etc.

Our system is slurm.
