input task rocotostat show successful but not all input data retrieved.

It happens rather frequently on JET in the past two months that the status of the input task is succeeded from rocotostat but not all the input files have been loaded.

I have put a copy of the hwrf_input.log and a listing of the directory with the missing files at

Jet   : /mnt/lfs4/HFIP/hwrfv3/Agnes.Lim/temp/debug_log

This has been the most common cause of failure for GSI in the past two months.
