Support for METplus is provided by the Developmental Testbed Center. This support includes:
- Maintaining the released METplus code and its documentation
- Providing a list of FAQs, and release notes with any known issues
- Providing pre-recorded and live training resources
- Teaching in-person tutorials and providing an online tutorial
- Answering questions and responding to comments regarding the installation and use of METplus
