EnKF Helpdesk
The EnKF helpdesk is an email assistance service to provide user support. Questions regarding the EnKF system should be directed to:
enkf-help@ucar.edu
Please note the EnKF helpdesk will only respond to the questions from registered EnKF users, based on the policy. To become a registered user, please go through the GSI-EnKF system dowload page.
HOW TO REPORT A PROBLEM?
If you have a question regarding the GSI, please first check to see if your question is answered in the EnKF documentation, the list of known issues, or the FAQs section.
If you would like to report a problem, you may send an email to enkf-help@ucar.edu, making use of the subject l ine to indicate the issue.
For compilation problems, run make VERBOSE=1 and send error information in the email.
For run-time problems, please include stdout file in the email.
