WRF Output in GFD Vortex tracker

Vortex tracker is running with the WRF output which is in Netcdf2 format. Even after changing changing the namelist to netcdf the vortex tracker is not running. It is showing error as the time is not found "Variable not found":. Any help will be highly appreciated. Attached is the screenshot of the error.
