How to modify "Hera_setup_intel.csh" to install a shapely python module

"Hera_setup_intel.csh" uses the RDHPCS mirror to install a shapely python module, but recently Hera has opened up access to the Anaconda repository so it is no longer necessary to use the mirror.

How to modify the script (Hera_setup_intel.csh) with this change on Hera?
